Lavenham Rare Breeds Show
Having spent many hours, on two occasions, toiling in a cold dark barn behind Lavenham church in the rescue of dead Gilberns,
it only seems right to support their Rare Breeds Show with the finished article, that takes place each August Bank Holiday.
Local squire Bruce Casey collected wads of my hard-earned on both occasions and is partly responsible for my premature penury,
but turns out in support with his well known 1800GT.
Three Gilberns have graced the show for the past couple of years and it is hoped that more will make the trip in 2008.
