mk2/3 bumper

will a mk3 rear bumper fit a mk 2? theres one on e bay ,looks ok condition, looks similar to a mk 2
as my uncle frank always said" it never rains in the tap room"

They are advertised as being from a Triumph 1300 FWD which is correct for a Mk11 ..

So should fit ok ...

On another listing he states that all badges and chrome are availiable, so maybe he's got the Dragon you want as well...

The rear bumpers for Genie - thro - Mk3 are all the same except for the spacers introduced behind the over-riders

the gentleman is also listing a mk3 front bumper , will that also fit my mk 2 ? it looks slightly different with different brackets

No Mk3 front is completely different

Nb It has been clearly mentioned in recent Rarebits, new and pre-owned spares sections (and consequently on the on the pre-owned forum):
1, That Brian has had a stock of bumpers for G, MkI &II but would not fit Mk3.
2, RogerSpares in Rarebit and on these forums has written of obtaining new stainless bumps for the Mk3, including that the rears would also suit other 3ltr cars.

Brian's state 1 in my post above confirms that the bumpers will fit all but the Mk3 !!

whats item number - cant find any bumpers on ebay for Gilbern??
