does anybody know anything about shop tennancy agreements, basically ive been offered a shop but on a weekly rent basis as the shop stands empty, the owner apparently owns the 3 shops together and reqs the rent weekly, its on a basis of easy in easy out , without going down the route of a solicitor or estate agent,
im sure it reqs a tennancy agreement to outline the weekly rent and that the shell is insured and im responsible for the contents and shop front glass, i think paul may know if he,s online, its a good price for the location but id like to cover myself from a legal point of view.. regards
