Hi folks,
This may be a straight forward question to old hands but can anyone confirm what the rear bumper of a Genie/Mk 1 Invader is off. I suspect that it is a Triumph 1300 but am not sure. Cheers, FRED

Re: Rear Bumpers
Hi Fred
Your memory is spot on, just confirmed it on the 3 litre technical pages too, the Triumph 1300 bumpers are the ones used for the rear of Mk 2's, Mk 1 and Genie.
How's your car coming on now, is it just the shiney bits left??
Gareth

Re: Rear Bumpers
Hi Gareth,
I made the mistake of deciding to re-spray it, so it's now in hundreds of pieces. Not sure if I will be able to get it sprayed before the cold wet weather arrives.
I'm sure you know Clem (Dave Clements the AA man) he has just bought a nice Mk1, so I'll try to hitch a lift to the next meeting with him.
Cheers, FRED
