National Weekend

[andyb194]

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if there is a National Weekend this year and if so where and when.
I would love to see a good collection of Gilberns in one place. If there is also going to be
any shows in the North where people will be attending in there Gilbern I would like to Know.
Can I suggest a great classic car show at Tatton Park in Cheshire, been lots of times but cant
remember seeing any Gilberns.

Hi Andy, I presume you are a new member and very welcome. We hold a National weekend every year in different parts of the country, but we rely on area groups to put the hard work into organizing this event.
This year it is being held at Swansea Waterfront Museum on July 2nd. and 3rd.
When you receive Rarebit forthcoming events and motorsport events are listed every month.
Best Regards,

Thanks for the info, Just joined the club and bought my First Gibern a 1969 Ginie.
She needs a little work to get back on the road so if I can get her road worthy then
I will come in her to the National Weekend if not then I will still come but in my other
car. I then intend to go over her with a fine tooth comb and then restore her back to former glory.
Cant wait.
