Any body done a Left hand drive conversion to there Gilbern due to the lack of LHD cars. In theory it looks like it could be done.

Re: Left hand drive conversion
Hello Roy,
I do not know which model of Gilbern you are proposing to convert, but I have an under bonnet photo of a LHD GT1800 and it looks a bit tight around the brake master cylinder, steering column and wiper motor. We know the factory produced these cars for the US and mainland Europe markets as cars still exist in these countries. Only 1 Genie was produced as LHD, this car was later converted to RHD by GS Cars of Bristol, having spoken to Roger Fowler of GS Cars he said it was not something he would wish to do again! As for Mk.111's try speaking to our Dutch collegues.
