Craig

I own LTG 962L. It is a Mark 3 Invader and was used as the Company Demonstrator when owned by Mike Leather. It featured in road tests in Country Life 11/72, Autosport 12/72 and Hotcar in 01/73. It was originally white and was supplied with a non standard 3.1 SE engine, oil cooler and twin fans.

It has been off the road for 14 years, but might make it for National Day. It will have been mechanically fully refurbished, but will still need interior finishing and a respray.

Currently painted BL Blaze (orange), but still unsure what the final colour will be. Hoping to see some fine examples at National Day to help with the decision.

Genie: "STX 273F" : Dirty weekend advert car etc. & ex ACE motors demo car.
In my garage: Mid rebuild. Chassis completed, Body 75% reattached. Trying to rehang the doors & then complete engine rebuild. About 2 years off finishing?
Full time job...the GOC Accounts.....& family/life etc.

Genie: Orange coloured "TNY784G" used in the "Car" Road test report is with a very active northern long standing GOC member. Currently painted blue & on the road.

Anybody got any leads on the other Genie Advert car: "NBO223F" ?
DVLA have no knowledge on this car (asked already).

Julian
