Gilbern in Practical Classics mag

Postby gordav » Sat Apr 10, 2010 1:34 pm

Hi ,has anyone noticed the bright red Invader Estate on page 12 of the recent edition of Practical Classics(30th anniversary edition). Its in a picture advertising the Bristol Classic Show in May.Its sharing a stand with 2 E Types and a Ferrari.
I`m assuming that the picture is from last years show.Nice to see some more estates on show. :D Also a nice looking GT and possibly a genie on the owners stand display.
Makes a nice change to see Gilberns in a classic car mag

Seems to be the Haynes stand, so will be Estate IN1179, a one owner car given to Haynes in July 2007, and now in their Red room I belive.

Hopefully it will be on display for this years Nationals Day.

Grahame
