anyone good on e mail

have a hotmail account and up to tuesday only selected e mails came through, not altered any pop up blockers or settings and since tuesday all sorts of junk is in my in box , on the old system this stuff went straight to junk ,, anyone got any ideas how i can get my old filtering system back.. regards craig

Have you tried a system restore, this should put you back to the settings you had prior to inbox full of junk. Look in your control pannel option.
