Sad indeed.

Is the club sending a tribute/donation?
Regards,

Derek

Agreed Derek a tribute from the club would be fitting..

I hope the secretary and some of the commitee will be present to represent the club and it's members to show our respect..

A sad day..

We have a problem here. The 7th is Thursday I am sure we want to pay our respects on the right day.

The end of a chapter; we have a lot to thank him for.

I've spoken to Philip Ivimey and he is in contact with Bernard's family, and is also contacting members in Wales.

For more details of the funeral and our 'Club' attendance, it could be worth phoning Philip. His number is in Rarebit, but he's not on email. Vic

Hi, I am the treasurer for the club: Phil & Gareth attended the funeral as representation of the GOC. Phil has sent me details of where the family requested donations are sent to rather than flowers. The committee felt it correct we acknowledge this & we send a donation as suggested by the family, from & on behalf of all GOC members. Regards Julian.
