Newbie

Postby Garybax » Sat Oct 20, 2012 2:24 pm

Hi all, I am not yet an owner unfortunately, but am looking for a classic car and am constantly drawn towards the gilbern, and being a true Welshman just adds to the attraction, but not many for sale at the moment.
Can anyone point me in the right direction
Cheers

Hi There,
I do not know which model you wish to purchase but there are several cars for sale at present through or via the club. Feel free to contact me on 01329-236964.

Hi Garybax and welcome ..

I do know of a superb estate for sale, 12 months MOT, etc at a bargain price if that would tickle your classic car bits.

Of course many of us would say the estate is best and by far the rarest, Mk3's after all are 10 a penny. :D

If you want some more details or pictures, my email is at the bottom of the page or bell me on 01752-492210...

I am pleased to report that Gary has now purchased an Invader Mk.111 for restoration from the club, we welcome him aboard to the the good ship Gilbern, I am sure that the South Wales Group will make him most welcome at the Barn in due course. Such is the marketing power of The Gilblog!

Many thanks Brian it was relatively painless, now the hard work begins to restore the mk3 and inject a little life back into the car.
it's a nice thought having to collect the car and bring it back to Wales

Thanks for everything
Gary
