Gilbern Genie @ Earls Court 1968

[gilberninvader]

I found this clip of a lime green genie when Gilbern had a stand at Earls Court in 1968. It's only a short clip but shows it off really well and in colour too!

NB there is copyright with the clip and cannot be copied etc without permission directly from Pathe. There is a free preview clip or you can purchase a High quality version.

Lime green, sounds the business, Twiggy had a Lambo in lime green and I understand there is an Invader similarly coloured, does the club know of it and is the owner some kind of rock star too?

I think the lime green ones are as rare as the lemon, orange and strawberry ones, they were all made to make your mouth water!
I think Reg Alia has a lime coloured Invader, he's not really a rock star more of a Karaoki Star?
Anyway did you enjoy the clip have you ever seen it before?
